Britannia Marie Gold, in collaboration with GroupM Motion Entertainment and Mindshare, has launched Season 2 of its acclaimed reality series Her Start-Up Show, dedicated to women entrepreneurs across India. Streaming exclusively on JioHotstar since April 19, the series features 40 finalists competing for the coveted ₹10 lakh Golden Grant. Season 2 builds on the success of its nationwide Her Start-Up Contest launched in July 2024, which attracted over one lakh entries. After rigorous training and shortlisting, 40 participants from cities like Indore, Aurangabad, Jammu & Kashmir, and Coimbatore are pitching innovative ideas across sectors including food, fashion, sustainability, and tech. The show is available in six Indian languages with subtitles.
Hosted by actress Shriya Saran and judged by a panel including Neha Dhupia and Shipra Khanna, the series spans eight episodes, released every weekend. The top 10 performers will win the ₹10 lakh Golden Grant, while others will gain mentorship under the NSDC program.
In Agartala, where women-led small businesses have seen a steady rise, the show’s second season is expected to inspire and energize aspiring entrepreneurs. Local viewers are tuning in with enthusiasm, seeing relatable stories that reflect their own ambitions. Britannia’s initiative continues to fuel India’s women entrepreneurship movement, making dreams actionable through mentorship, funding, and national visibility.
