Bhutan emerges as Net zero carbon emission country

The neighbouring country Bhutan has successfully managed to achieve net zero emission and not only it put a limit on the carbon footprints but it also emerged as a carbon sink.

As per the reports of World Economic Forum 8 countries including Bhutan have gained net zero emission.

The country levies $200 on tourists per day for sustainable development charges to strengthen eco-tourism and environmental protection.
