Bajaj Allianz General Insurance hosted the first-ever General Insurance Festival of India (GIFI) in Pune, setting a Guinness World Records title for the largest attendance for an insurance conference. With 5235 attendees, the event created history in the insurance industry.
The GIFI Awards recognized top-ranked health and general insurance advisors in the insurance industry. Over 2000 entries were submitted across five categories. An independent process reviewer and a third-party panel of judges assessed the entries, and winners and runners-up were announced at the General Insurance Festival of India. GIFI awards winners are Mr. Mayank Chander Kothari, Mr. Shiv Kumar Gupta, Ms. Priyadarshini Sheshadri, Mr. Prasant Shah, and Ms. Priti Sameer Shah.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. TapanSinghel, MD & CEO, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, said, “We are elated that with GIFI, we set a new Guinness World Records Title for the Largest Attendance for an Insurance Conference.
