Ayodhya Ram Mandir ‘Bhumi Pujan’ today

Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh is gearing up to host the grand event of the Ram Mandir Bhumi Pujan. The ground breaking ceremony of the laying of foundation stone of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya will take place today on 5th August. As many as 175 eminent guests, including 135 seers have been invited for the foundation stone-laying ceremony.
Shri Ram’ Devotees are looking forward to the foundation stone laying ceremony, Bhumi Pujan of the Ram Lalla Mandir in Ram Janmabhoomi Ayodhya. The construction of the Ram Mandir shall commence once this customary ritual is performed.   The foundation stone laying ceremony shall start at around 8 am and end at about 2 PM. The main Bhumi Pujan is expected to take place at 12.30 pm and the foundation stone will be laid at 12.40  pm on 5th August.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will offer prayers to ‘Ram Lalla’ at Ram Janmabhoomi, today. Narendra Modi along with UP CM Adityanath and 175 people who figure in a select guest list of seers and politicians will attend the ceremony.
MP Congress chief Kamal Nath hosted a ‘Hanuman Chalisa’ recital at his residence on Tuesday and announced sending 11 silver bricks for the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya, on the occasion of the bhoomi pujan ceremony. Every guest who is invited for the ‘Bhoomi pujan’ ceremony for Ram temple in Ayodhya, will be gifted a silver coin as ‘prasad’.
