Assam CM to spend 15 days to take stock of the Govt schemes

On Tuesday, officials informed about Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will be spending 15 days in rural area along with his Cabinet Ministers.

According to the sources, the program is initiated to take stock of the ground situation of the state government’s beneficiary schemes and development work.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and his Cabinet Ministers will shift to the selected rural area on October 1 to 15 October, 2023.

Later, the Assam government has decided to send its council of ministers, MPs, MLAs and select top government officials to the villages for a period of two weeks.
