ASCENT Foundation to cope business challenges for growth-oriented Founders

ASCENT Foundation, a not-for-profit, peer-to-peer learning platform founded by Harsh Mariwala, Chairman, Marico Ltd has registered over 17% members from Kolkata based founders. The Foundation is aimed at ensuring entrepreneurial ecosystem in India ups caling towards growth while adapting to the drastic changes of the business economy. ASCENT Foundation supported peer learning method has gained traction amongst city budding entrepreneurs to help them cope with unique business challenges arising of the Kolkata market while learning from a diverse set of entrepreneurs from across India.

ASCENT Foundation launched its All India chapter extending peer learning through 62 operational Trust Groups spread across various cities like Kolkata, Varanasi, Udupi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Dharwad, etc.

Ravi Churiwala, Director, Creative-Info Link Pvt Ltd- an ICT solution integrator and infrastructure service provider. While having 10 years of professional experience and knowledge of Finance helped him understand the business, scaling up through sales was a new challenge. “There are fewer large-scale businesses in Kolkata with national presence.
