The President, who is visiting Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Lakshadweep from March 16 to 21, will travel to INS Garuda today afternoon to attend several Indian Navy events, including a visit to the locally constructed aircraft carrier INS Vikrant.
After the events, Droupadi Murmu, who is making her first trip to Kerala as President, will depart for an overnight stay in Thiruvananthapuram.
On March 17, she will pay a visit to Matha Amrithanandamayi Devi, a spiritual authority, at her ashram in Karunagappally, Kollam.
