Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif who is currently busy in the promotion for the impending release of her upcoming film Merry Christmas, recently attended an event of Merry Christmas in Mumbai.
During the event, a reporter referred to her as ‘just a glamour doll’ in reference to her role in Tiger 3. Despite a negative comment, Katrina replied with grace and defended her role in the Salman Khan-starrer.
Addressing the press, the actress replied, ‘I see things a little different perhaps. I actually think the character of Zoya is one of the strongest characters I’ve ever had the chance to play. Especially in Tiger 3, it was so nuanced and so well-written by Maneesh Sharma. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to play that character.’
In Tiger 3, Katrina Kaif was featured as the ISI spy Zoya opposite actor Salman Khan. Despite receiving mixed reviews, she was praised for her performance. The movie has achieved significant success, collecting Rs 466.63 crore worldwide and securing the fifth spot among the highest-grossing Hindi movies of 2023.
