Kitab Lovers has organized a 4-day book fair in Ballygunge to sell books at affordable prices. It starts on May 25 and ends on May 28. Kitab Lovers book fair is a 4-day event featuring over 10 lakh new and pre-loved books from over 20 genres. Its unique ‘LOAD THE BOX’ concept allows customers to pay one-time for a box and fill it with as many books as the box can hold. The boxes are available in three sizes ranging from Rs 1199 to Rs 2999.
Kitab Lovers has hosted over 50 book fairs in 20 cities in India since 2019. Through its ‘Load the Box’ campaign, they aim to make reading affordable and accessible for all Indians. Competitions are being organized and winners will be rewarded with free book boxes and discount vouchers.
They also have a Hindi books section with over 500 titles, a reading corner, and a separate section for newly launched titles. Rahul Pandey, co-founder and CEO of Kitab Lovers, said, “From toddlers to senior citizens, whether customers are into mystery, self-help, romance, fiction or nonfiction, we have books for everyone.”
